Jeff Holgate, 56, of Evanston passed away on Sunday, Oct. 1, after complications with an emergency open heart surgery.

He is survived by his wife, Kat Holgate; daughter, Courtney (Wyatt) Lensch; and grandson, Briggs.

Jeff was a loving and fun husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend to many. A celebration of life in Jeff’s honor will be held at the Bear River Pavilion (outdoor shelter) on Oct. 21,  from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
