Jaden Heltz

Posted

Jaden was born on January 4, 2000, in Salt Lake City, to Jason and Johnetta Heltz. He proved from day one that he had the fighting spirit of a warrior. Over the years he had the battle wounds from many surgeries to prove it.

Jaden was a sweet soul. He loved everyone he met. He was well known and loved by so many in Bridger Valley. He had many friends.

He participated in the Special Olympics where he won medals from track and bowling competitions. His summers were spent at Taponi Animal Therapy. He loved being outdoors. He learned to love horses and even got to ride with a special saddle made for him.

After graduating from Mountain View High School in 2021 he started attending KKARES where he spent his time with friends. Jaden loved swimming, music, going for side-by-side rides, and he especially loved riding in his 1973 mustang. He was his dad’s partner in crime, cruising the streets. They also attended many car shows together.

Jaden was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

He is preceded in death by his great-grandparents, Wayne and Evon Shelton, Leonard and Phyllis Cruth, and Melvin and Betty Heltz; his grandfathers, John Gabriel and Ronald Robbins.

He is survived by his parents Jason and Johnetta Heltz of Mountain View; grandmother Darlene Gabriel of Fort Bridger; grandparents Alan and Karen Jones of Lyman, and John and Sarah Heltz of Layton, Utah; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
