EHS golfer Hunter Robbins signed his letter of intent to play for Eastern Wyoming College in Torrington. Surrounded by family, friends and coaches, Robbins said he is looking forward to college where he wants to study wildlife biology.
“I checked out some websites and had the interest of a couple of schools but decided to go to Eastern Wyoming,” said Robbins.
His father, Denny Robbins, and Hunter’s mother Candi Jerek, both expressed their pride in Hunter’s accomplishments.
Coach Jerry Carroll spoke about how well the team has done this year and how high school golf has become even more competitive.
“Hunter is our second golfer signing this year,” said Carroll. “His work ethic and determination have earned him this opportunity. We know that, as he moves forward, he will represent Evanston well. Hunter has done a great job for us.”
