Several Evanston High School athletes traveled to Casper to participate in the track & field state championship.

She also placed ninth in the 3200-meter run with a time of 12:20.41.

In the finals of the 100-meter hurdles, Martinez won with an outstanding time of 15.09.

Tayler Groll qualified for the finals by placing fifth with a time of 49.89 and then improved her time in the finals to place third with a time of 48.47.

Wagstaff placed 12th in the event with a distance of 32-11.75.

Megan Fisher placed 16th in the shot put event with a distance of 33-11.25.
