EVANSTON — The North Elementary Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) honored local veterans on Friday, Nov. 10, with a complimentary breakfast, sponsored by Dominion Energy, and a moving 45-minute musical program presented by fifth-graders and their music teacher, Amanda Linford.
