Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.

The Evanston Police Department responded to 74 incidents between the dates of Thursday, Oct. 12, and Wednesday, Oct. 18. Incidents included four ambulance or medical assists, 24 animal problems, simple assault, two agency assists, a citizen complaint, two citizen assists, two citizen investigative contacts, four civil problems, three citizen disputes, counterfeit funds, four controlled substance possessions, domestic violence, a drug test, five DUIs, a family fight and a report of fraud.

Officers also responded to two reports of harassment, three information reports, two intoxicated persons, lost or found property, a parking problem, property destruction, two suspicious activity incidents, three suspicious incidents, two vandalisms, a hit-and-run traffic accident, four traffic accidents with property damage, a traffic hazard, two threatening incidents, two wanted persons, property theft, two reports of vagrancy, and two welfare checks. 

The Evanston Police Department arrested 14 persons between the dates of Oct. 12 and Oct. 18.

Thomas V. Dixon, of Evanston, was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct.

Zachary S. Ellis, of Evanston, was arrested for interfering with a police officer and possessing paraphernalia.

Todd B. Galbraith, of Cottonwood Heights, Utah, was arrested for driving while under the influence with a BAC of .08 percent or greater. 

Rebekah M. Green, of Troutdale, Oregon, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and possessing paraphernalia. 

Dennis J. Gross, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia.

Orin J. Harrell, of Evanston, was arrested for public intoxication. 

Dakota C. Jenkins, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia, possessing a controlled substance, and a probation and parole arrest and hold.

Tiana B. Watts, of Bear River, was arrested for driving while under the influence and failing to drive on the proper side of the road.

Tina L. Zaragoza, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence with a BAC of .08 percent or greater. 

Andrea K. Bennett, of Evanston, was arrested for reckless endangering.

Juan P. Delgado, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence of alcohol, driving while under suspension, and hit and run.

Jesse J. Fretter, of Evanston, was arrested for attempted conspiracy, possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver, and bond revocation.

Edward J. Lorenz, of Evanston, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation.

Corey J. Roberts, of Aurora, Colorado, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant.
