Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.

The Evanston Police Department responded to 262 incidents between the dates of Thursday, May 31, and Sunday, June 10. Incidents included two abandoned vehicles, four alarms, an assault with a knife, simple assault, 13 ambulance or medical assists, 27 animal problems, breach of peace, two citizen assists, seven citizen disputes, possession of paraphernalia, two controlled substance possessions, a dead body, three domestic violence incidents and three DUIs.

Other incidents included a family fight, two fires, four harassments, two intoxicated persons, a juvenile runaway, four juvenile problems, keeping the peace, lost or found property, a missing person, two noise problems, non-vandalism property damage, a protection order violation, four prowlers (Sunset Ave. and Birch St.), eight suspicious incidents, a suspicious person/circumstance, stalking, two hit-and-run accidents, five traffic accidents with property damage, two shoplifting incidents, two tobacco problems, trespassing, vehicle theft, seven wanted persons and eight welfare checks.

The Evanston Police Department arrested 21 persons between the dates of May 31 and June 3.

Andres A. Aguilar, of Evanston, was arrested for public intoxication. 

Joshua K. Alisna, of Evanston, was arrested for violating a protection order. 

Darrick W. Bair, of Aztec, New Mexico, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia. 

James T. Botkin, of Evanston, was arrested on a warrant for failing to pay.

Suzy R. Bowie, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear.

Kisha M. Casper, of Evanston, was arrested for shoplifting. 

Carlos A. Diaz Tolentino, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence of drugs.

Colby A. Elsen, of Evanston, was arrested for disorderly conduct.

Leslie A. Hutchinson, of Evanston, was arrested for 2nd or 3rd offense driving under the influence and having an open container in a vehicle. 

Terence M. Leckie, of Evanston, was arrested for breach of peace. 

Raymond H. Lobato, of Evanston, was arrested for aggravated assault and battery. 

Brandon C. Marise, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic battery. 

Nicholas M. Mascio, of Evanston, was arrested for elder abuse. 

Racquelle R. McComb, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence with a BAC of .08 percent or greater and failing to carry proof of insurance.

Charles E. Mims, of Evanston, was arrested for public intoxication.

Richard J. Nelson, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic battery.

Christopher Parra, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear. 

Adam J. Rhodes, of Mountain View, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

Colten D. Rhodes, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver. 

Jacob E. Roberts, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear.

Samuel E. Shelley, of Evanston, was arrested for public intoxication.
