Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.

The Evanston Police Department responded to 308 incidents between the dates of Thursday, March 29, and Wednesday, April 11. Incidents included 10 alarms, 19 ambulance or medical assists, 49 animal problems, two agency assists, two breaking and entering incidents (Barrett Avenue and Front Street), three citizen disputes, domestic violence, four DUIs, five driving under suspensions, an emergency detention, and an escort.

The Evanston Police Department arrested 19 persons between the dates of March 29 and April 11.

Francis X. Barth, of LaBarge, was arrested for criminal trespassing and property destruction3

Jamie L. Cox, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.

Paul R. Crandall, of Coalville, Utah, was arrested for public intoxication and shoplifting.

Jerrica M. Curtis, of West Jordan, Utah, was arrested for shoplifting, possessing a controlled substance and possessing paraphernalia.

Thomas V. Dixon, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence with a BAC of .08 percent or greater.

Juan P. Flores-Pinuelas, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear, misdemeanor probation revocation and an INS hold.

Dakota J. Fry, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia and driving while under suspension.

Johnathan K. Green, of Taylorsville, Utah, was arrested for driving while under the influence, failing to maintain insurance and failing a duty to an unattended vehicle.

Kevin H. Krieger, of Evanston, was arrested for eluding and battery of a household member.

Nathan K. Mackie, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear and failing to comply.

Racquelle R. McComb, of Evanston, was arrested for the purchase or possession of alcohol by or for someone under the age of 21.

Logan A. McGee, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia and on a warrant for failing to pay.

Tevin A. Medina, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension. 

Jason E. Neimeyer, of Lake Havasu, Arizona, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and possessing paraphernalia.

Justyn S. Root, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence and the purchase or possession of alcohol by or for someone under the age of 21.

Sarah Ruth, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence. 

Michael J. Saxton, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension. 

Keith L. Smith, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.

Jessica Vanbree, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear.
