Evanston police incidents
June 19-21, 2017
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.
The Evanston Police Department responded to 79 incidents between the dates of Monday, June 19, and Wednesday, June 21. Incidents included a citizen contact, four alarms, three ambulance or medical assists, two barking dogs, 10 animal problems, an agency assist, two citizen disputes, two citizen assists, two civil problems, a domestic problem, two incidents of domestic violence, driving under suspension, two family problems, two information reports, two juvenile problems, keeping the peace, a missing person, three noise problems, property damage (non-vandalism), two prisoner transfers, two radar trailers, a rescue, two suspicious incidents, a traffic accident with no responsible party, a traffic accident with property damage, threatening, a traffic offense, property theft, two incidents of trespassing, unsecure premises, three incidents of vandalism, a wanted person and four welfare checks.
The Evanston Police Department arrested four persons between the dates of June 19 and June 21.
Patricia L. Cox, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic battery.
Matthew R. Higginbotham, of Aurora, Colorado, was arrested for domestic battery.
William W. Lewis, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear.
Tabathe R. Pepper, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.
