Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.

The Evanston Police Department responded to 93 incidents between the dates of Monday, July 16, and Wednesday, July 18. Incidents included three alarms, an ambulance or medical assist, nine animal problems, two agency assists, two citizen disputes, a citizen assist, a civil problem, controlled substance possession, controlled substance use, driving while under suspension and two family problems.

Officers also responded to two frauds, three harassments, an intoxicated person, a juvenile problem, two keeping the peace incidents, lost or found property, three noise problems, a protection order violation, suspicious activity, two suspicious incidents, a traffic accident with property damage, two traffic hazards, three wanted persons and three welfare checks. 

The Evanston Police Department arrested six persons between the dates of July 16 and July 18. 

Gary R. Baker, of Evanston, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant. 

Naomy E. Briscoe, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear. 

Cole M. Coomer, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.

Juan P. De Los Santos, of Los Fresnos, Texas, was arrested for driving while under suspension.

Joseph A. Driscoll Jr., of Philadelphia, was arrested for public intoxication.

Randall J. Kukoy, of Evanston, was arrested for stalking.
