July 10-16, 2017

Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.

The Evanston Police Department responded to 166 incidents between the dates of Monday, July 10, and Sunday, July 16. Incidents included an agency assist, two abandoned vehicles, two agency assists, two incidents of drugs, drug paraphernalia, disorderly conduct, two DUIs, driving under suspension, three family fights, harassment, intoxication, littering, a nuisance call, two parking problems, property damage (non-vandalism), two incidents of property destruction, four suspicious incidents, a sex offender registration, two hit and runs, five traffic accidents with property damage, five thefts, a shoplifter, three incidents of vagrancy, vandalism, six wanted persons and two welfare checks. 

The Evanston Police Department arrested 16 persons between the dates of July 10 and July 16. 

Jessica R. Archuletta, of Salt Lake City, was arrested for public intoxication and on warrant out of Uinta County. 

Chad M. Baroody, of Evanston, was arrested for petit larceny. 

Tabatha M. Beidl, of Evanston, was arrested for disorderly conduct. 

John V. Clark, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear. 

Christopher H. Dennis, of Clearfield, Utah, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia, for two charges of failing to pay and for a drug violation. 

Andrew P. Elliott, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and for a misdemeanor probation violation. 

Austin K. Jarrell, of Evanston, was arrested for a misdemeanor probation violation. 

Tyler J. Leavitt, of Rock Springs, was arrested for driving while under the influence of drugs. 

Joshua I. Pierce, of Lyman, was arrested for conspiring to deliver a controlled substance.

Cheyenne S. Reddye, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension. 

Amber D. Schreiner, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear. 

Tina J. Spencer, of Evanston, was arrested for two counts of possessing a controlled substance with the intent to deliver. 

Shane R. Stickney, of Salt Lake City, was arrested for public intoxication. 

Phillip E. Streeter, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and for a drug violation. 

Devin R. Symons, of Kemmerer, was arrested for shoplifting, for possessing paraphernalia and for possessing a controlled substance. 

Dee A. Trimble, of Evanston, was arrested for property destruction and for breaching the peace.
