Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.

The Evanston Police Department responded to 88 incidents between the dates of Thursday, Dec. 21, and Wednesday, Dec. 27. Incidents included two assaults, three alarms, three ambulance or medical assists, an alcohol offense, two agency assists, breaking and entering, four citizen assists,, two civil problems, counterfeit funds, domestic violence, a drug interdiction, and a DUI.

Officers also responded to two fires, fraud, keeping the peace, a missing person, two noise problems, interfering with police, a prowler, a protection order violation, property destruction, suspicious activity, a suspicious incident, two property thefts, trespassing, five wanted persons and three welfare checks.

The Evanston Police Department arrested nine persons between the dates of Dec. 21 and Dec. 27.

Gabriel R. Alejos, of Long Beach, California, was arrested for a drug violation.

Andrew J. Bishop, of Sandy, Utah, was arrested for failing to pay.

Wendy K. Constantine, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence and possessing a controlled substance.

Juan P. Delgado, of Evanston, was arrested for defrauding an innkeeper and theft.

Paul Frankhouser, of Evanston, was arrested for assault.

Robyn L. Painter, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear.

Edgar Rivera, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear.

Herson P. Romero, of Rock Springs, was arrested for public intoxication, damaging private or public property, possessing paraphernalia and interfering with police.

Kristopher J. Thomson, of Clear Lake, California, was arrested for a drug violation.
