Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.

The Evanston Police Department responded to 84 incidents between the dates of Thursday, Sept. 5, and Sunday, Sept. 8. Incidents included 17 animal problems, breaking and entering, domestic violence, a DUI, a hit and run, two traffic accidents with property damage,  theft from a motor vehicle, property theft and three vandalism incidents.

The Evanston Police Department arrested four persons between the dates of Sept. 5 and Sept. 8.

Dustin M. Greer, of Clinton, Utah, was arrested for driving while under suspension. 

Seth R. Kauffman, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence. 

Lucas B. Taylor, of Evanston, was arrested on a warrant for failing to pay.

Jason M. Williams, of Evanston, was arrested on a warrant for failing to pay, possessing a controlled substance, bond revocation and stalking.
