Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.

The Evanston Police Department responded to 109 incidents between the dates of Thursday, Oct. 10, and Wednesday, Oct. 16. Incidents included five alarms, six ambulance or medical assists, 20 animal problems, two citizen disputes, three citizen assists, a citizen investigative contact, a civil problem, two controlled substance possessions, two domestic violence incidents, DWUS, a fire, harassment, three juvenile problems, lost or found property, a residence or vehicle lockout, a minor in possession of alcohol, suspicious activity, four suspicious incidents, a hit and run, six traffic accidents with property damage, two traffic complaints, a traffic hazard, a traffic offense and six welfare checks.

The Evanston Police Department arrested five persons between the dates of Oct. 10 and Oct. 16.

William M. Dragovic, of Mount Kisco, New York, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia. 

Camron J. Eagle, of Evanston, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation. 

Bianca A. Gout, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic battery. 

Ian M. MacDonald, of Evanston, was arrested for strangulation of a household member. 

Victor M. Mejia, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and possessing paraphernalia.
