Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.

The Evanston Police Department responded to 128 incidents between the dates of Thursday, May 23, and Wednesday, May 29. Incidents included an assault, three alarms, eight ambulance or medical assists, 14 animal problems, an agency assist, a citizen complaint, three citizen disputes, six citizen assists, a civil problem, a dead body, domestic violence, two DWUS incidents, fraud, harassment, four juvenile problems, lost or found property, a littering/pollution problem, two minors in possession of alcohol, five noise problems, paraphernalia, a recovered stolen vehicle, recovered stolen property, five suspicious incidents, stalking, two traffic accidents with property damage, a traffic complaint, a traffic hazard, two threatening incidents, vagrancy, two wanted persons and five welfare checks. 

The Evanston Police Department arrested 13 persons between the dates of May 23 and May 29. 

Jose F. Alvarez Jr., of Evanston, was arrested for the purchase and/or possession of alcohol by or for someone under the age of 21. 

Ashley L. Beck, of Cheyenne, was arrested for the purchase and/or possession of alcohol by or for someone under the age of 21. 

Nickolas D. Bell, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear. 

Fabian T. Fountain, of Evanston, was arrested for battery. 

Kris Fountain, of Evanston, was arrested for battery. 

Sage R. Jacobs, of Evanston, was arrested for the purchase and/or possession of alcohol by or for someone under the age of 21. 

Jacob G. Kallbacka, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension. 

Esteban R. Marquez-Uriarte, of Evanston, was arrested for the purchase and/or possession of alcohol by or for someone under the age of 21. 

Daniel G. Marshall, of Evanston, was arrested for delivery of a controlled substance. 

Victor M. Mejia, of Evanston, was arrested for the purchase and/or possession of alcohol by or for someone under the age of 21. 

Terri L. Pierce, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic battery. 

Jamie R. Ruiz Quintero, of Evanston, was arrested for the purchase and/or possession of alcohol by or for someone under the age of 21. 

Logan T. Wilson, of Evanston, was arrested for the purchase and/or possession of alcohol by or for someone under the age of 21.
