Evanston police incidents
July 8-10, 2019
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.
The Evanston Police Department responded to 105 incidents between the dates of Monday, July 8, and Wednesday, July 10. Incidents included two alarms, two ambulance or medical assists, 14 animal problems, an agency assist, a citizen complaint, three citizen disputes, a citizen assist, two domestic violence incidents, a family fight, two fireworks incidents, four juvenile problems, three keeping the peace incidents, lost or found property, a noise problem, non-vandalism property damage, two property destructions, seven suspicious incidents, four traffic accidents with property damage, a traffic accident with personal injury, two traffic complaints, theft, a traffic offense, shoplifting, vagrancy and six welfare checks.
The Evanston Police Department arrested one person between the dates of July 8 and July 10.
Tiffany H. Seamons, of Randolph, was arrested for shoplifting.
