Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.

The Evanston Police Department responded to 88 incidents between the dates of Thursday, July 25, and Sunday, July 28. Incidents included aggravated assault, three alarms, four ambulance or medical assists, eight animal problems, three agency assists, two citizen complaints, a citizen dispute, four citizen assists, a civil problem, disorderly conduct, three domestic violence incidents, two DWUS incidents, a false fire alarm, fraud, a fireworks incident, harassment, a juvenile runaway, a juvenile problem, five keeping the peace incidents, three noise problems, paraphernalia, a parking problem, shoplifting, four suspicious incidents, five traffic accidents with property damage, a traffic complaint, property theft, two wanted persons, two warrant arrests and five welfare checks. 

The Evanston Police Department arrested seven persons between the dates of July 25 and July 28.

Joshua J. Berrett, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic battery. 

Viola M. Clark, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear. 

Andrew R. Lueras III, of Sacramento, California, was arrested for bond revocation. 

Adam J. Rily, of Kemmerer, was arrested for felony probation revocation and aggravated assault and battery. 

Aube M. Ringer, of Evanston, was arrested for aggravated assault and battery. 

Shannon M. Stout, of Brighton, Colorado, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance, possessing paraphernalia, domestic abuse, failing to appear, property destruction and possessing stimulants/methamphetamine. 

Timothy C. Werner, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.
