Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.

The Evanston Police Department responded to 254 incidents between the dates of Monday, July 15, and Wednesday, July 24. Incidents included an abandoned vehicle, three alarms, 17 ambulance or medical assists, 43 animal problems, five agency assists, two breaches of peace, four citizen complaints, two citizen disputes, eight citizen assists, four civil problems, controlled substance possession, a curfew/loitering incident, disorderly conduct, five domestic violence incidents, disturbing the peace, a DUI, three DWUS incidents, four fires and three fireworks incidents.

Officers also responded to three harassments, four intoxicated persons, three juvenile problems, a livestock problem, lost or found property, a missing person, six noise problems, interfering with police, non-vandalism property damage, two probation/parole violations, possession of stolen property, 15 suspicious incidents, two hit-and-run traffic accidents, 10 traffic accidents with property damage, a traffic accident with personal injury, a traffic complaint, a traffic hazard, property theft, shoplifting, trespassing, unsecure premises, six wanted persons and 10 welfare checks. 

The Evanston Police Department arrested 21 persons between the dates of July 15 and July 24. 

James D. Bisgaard, of Evanston, was arrested for bond revocation. 

James A. Biorn, of Evanston, was arrested for resisting arrest, public intoxication and the purchase or possession of alcohol by or for someone under the age of 21. 

Eric A. Crandall, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic assault, interfering with a peace officer and misdemeanor probation violation. 

Nathen R. Fotheringham, of Evanston, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation. 

Kevin L. Jonte, of Evanston, was arrested for obtaining property by false pretenses.

Tyler B. Jonte, of Evanston, was arrested for obtaining property by false pretenses. 

Coby C. Kay, of West Jordan, Utah, was arrested for public intoxication and disorderly conduct. 

Collin M. Laney, of Rock Springs, was arrested for public intoxication. 

Adam C. Mackley, of Evanston, was arrested for cruelty to animals and reckless endangering. 

Paige Rhinehart, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic battery. 

Ryan L. McManigal, of South Jordan, Utah, was arrested for disturbing the peace, possessing paraphernalia and possessing a controlled substance. 

Daniel Portillo, of El Paso, Texas, was arrested for breach of peace. 

Jamie R. Ruiz Quintero, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear and possessing paraphernalia. 

Keith L. Smith, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension. 

Cynthia J. Sochor, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic battery. 

Julie R. Struve, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence with a BAC of .08 percent or greater. 

Kenna J. Sweatfield, of Evanston, was arrested for obtaining property by false pretenses. 

Anna M. Thompson, of Evanston, was arrested for disturbing the peace. 

Cheryl A. Truyen, of Evanston, was arrested for breach of peace. 

Brandon D. Warden, of Vernal, Utah, was arrested for domestic battery. 

Becky J. Watson, of Evanston, was arrested for public intoxication and having an open container.
