Evanston police incidents
Dec. 13-17, 2018
Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.
The Evanston Police Department responded to 64 incidents between the dates of Thursday, Dec. 13, and Sunday, Dec. 17. Incidents included two assaults, four alarms, five ambulance or medical assists, 11 animal problems, an agency assist, burglary and a citizen complaint.
Officers also responded to four reports of citizen disputes, a citizen assist, domestic violence, a fire, harassment, a juvenile problem, keeping the peace, a probation/parole violation, two suspicious incidents, a traffic accident with property damage, two threatening incidents, a warrant arrest and three welfare checks.
The Evanston Police Department arrested two persons between the dates of Dec. 13 and Dec. 17.
Joshua L. Lively, of Evanston, was arrested for a felony probation violation.
Shatira O. Worthy, of Evanston, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant.
