Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.

The Evanston Police Department responded to 497 incidents between the dates of Monday, Aug. 27, and Sunday, Sept. 16. Incidents included four abandoned vehicles, 13 alarms, 15 ambulance or medical assists, 85 animal problems, three simple assaults, 10 agency assists, breach of peace, 23 citizen disputes, 13 citizen assists, criminal entry, marijuana possession, a dead body, five domestic violence incidents, five DUIs, five DWUS incidents, three family fights, seven fireworks incidents, fraud, six harassments, an intoxicated person, eight juvenile problems, keeping the peace, lost or found property, a minor in possession of alcohol, a missing person, 13 noise problems, paraphernalia possession, non-vandalism property damage, a protection order violation, 16 suspicious incidents, a hit and run, 18 traffic accidents with property damage, three threatening incidents, eight property thefts, four trespassing incidents, unsecure premises, three vagrancy incidents, four vandalisms, four wanted persons and 26 welfare checks.

The Evanston Police Department arrested 32 persons between the dates of Aug. 27 and Sept. 16.

Ali Al-Mohanawy, of Kent, Washington, was arrested for credit card fraud and possessing a controlled substance.

Charisma M. Alvarez, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.

Anhelo C. Ayala, of Renton, Washington, was arrested for driving while under suspension, attempting to elude police officers, credit card fraud and delivery of heroin.

James H. Bell, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension and as a fugitive from justice.

Cynthia I. Caldwell-Kenison, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence of drugs and alcohol. 

Jonathan A. Cooper, of Evanston, was arrested as a fugitive from justice and for strangulation of a household member. 

Noah I. Day, of Medical Lake, Washington, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia and possessing a controlled substance.

Karl W. Dierks, of Evanston, was arrested on an out-of-county warrant.

Rigoberto Echevarria, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension. 

Raynaldo Gonzales, of Ripon, California, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and possessing paraphernalia.

Felicia C. Gonzalez, of Indianapolis, Indiana, was arrested for driving while under suspension.

Katherine M. Garcia, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence with a BAC of .08 percent or greater, the purchase or possession of alcohol by or for someone under the age of 21 and possessing paraphernalia.

Carol L. Groen, of Evanston, was arrested for breach of peace.

Jodi D. Holgate, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension.

Cristina M. Jacobson, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence with a BAC of .08 percent or greater. 

Randall Johnson, of Orem, Utah, was arrested for driving while under suspension.

Paul E. Jordan was arrested for petit larceny and public intoxication. 

Linda A. Miner, of Evanston, was arrested for criminal entry.

Autum R. Parker, of Evanston, was arrested for child endangering. 

Bobby J. Parrish, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic battery.

Jonni L. Passey, of Evanston, was arrested for failing to appear. 

Edward Perez, of Evanston, was arrested for battery.

Eduardo Ramos, of Tracy, California, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and possessing paraphernalia. 

Colten D. Rhodes, of Evanston, was arrested for shoplifting, possessing a controlled substance and failing to appear. 

William H. Rhodes, of Evanston, was arrested for breach of peace.

Angelica C. Sene, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension. 

David Steensen, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence with a BAC of .08 percent or greater. 

Dakota S. VanSyoc, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Nicholas H. Voorhees, of Missoula, Montana, was arrested for public intoxication.

Lica Vreeland, of Evanston, was arrested for battery. 

Tiffany M. Ward-Esteras, of Denver, was arrested for battery. 

Joelle L. Wright, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance.
