April 18-28, 2019

Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed.

The Evanston Police Department responded to 1214 incidents between the dates of Thursday, April 18, and Sunday, April 28. Incidents included five alarms, 14 ambulance or medical assists, seven agency assists, bribery, five citizen disputes, eight citizen assists, domestic violence, DWUS, three intoxicated persons, a juvenile runaway, four juvenile problems and keeping the peace. 

Officers also responded for lost or found property, 10 noise problems, paraphernalia, property destruction, stalking, four suspicious incidents, two hit-and-run traffic accidents, nine traffic accidents with property damage, property theft, theft from a motor vehicle, shoplifting, vandalism, eight wanted persons and eight welfare checks.

The Evanston Police Department arrested 19 persons between the dates of April 18 and April 28. 

Melissa A. Angulo, of Evanston, was arrested on a warrant for failing to pay and for domestic assault. 

Anderson D. Antelope, Sr. was arrested for public intoxication. 

Brenda M. Brumme, of Evanston, was arrested on a warrant for failing to pay. 

Justin G. Clark, of Evanston, was arrested for aggravated assault and battery. 

Mary L. Clark, of Evanston, was arrested as a fugitive from justice.

Robert M. Clark, of Evanston, was arrested as a fugitive from justice. 

Angela M. Dawson, of Evanston, was arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance, child endangering and possessing a controlled substance. 

Sergio Gomez-Arteaga, of Evanston, was arrested for delivery of a controlled substance, attempt/conspiracy, and possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver. 

Fernando Gutierrez, of Evanston, was arrested for attempt/conspiracy and delivery of a controlled substance. 

Jack B. Horton, of Kansas City, Missouri, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance. 

Casen J. Klein, of Kansas City Missouri, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance. 

Randall J. Kukoy, a homeless person, was arrested for theft of services. 

Zachery D. McClure, of Evanston, was arrested for public intoxication. 

Hal E. Nicholls, of Evanston, was arrested for public intoxication. 

Courtney L. Pryor, of Evanston, was arrested on a warrant for failing to appear. 

Julian V. Ramirez, of Evanston, was arrested for public intoxication, failing to appear, possessing a controlled substance and possessing paraphernalia. 

Dylan T. Robbins, of Evanston, was arrested for public intoxication, bribery, minor in possession and felony probation violation. 

Roger T. Romero, of Evanston, was arrested for public intoxication and property destruction. 

Charles W. Walk, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under suspension and possessing a controlled substance.
