Editor’s note: Information contained in this report is compiled from a daily activity log and an arrest record maintained by the Evanston Police Department. VIN inspections are not included. Those arrested are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of law; charges listed may not reflect final disposition of cases.

The Evanston Police Department responded to 313 incidents between the dates of Monday, June 22, and Sunday, July 5. Incidents included an abandoned vehicle, six alarms, 10 ambulance or medical assists, 45 animal problems, two assaults, three agency assists, breach of peace, seven citizen complaints, five citizen disputes, 10 citizen assists, four citizen investigative contacts, five civil problems, criminal entry, controlled substance possession, six domestic violence incidents, disturbing the peace, four DUIs, two DWUS incidents, two escorts, a family problem, a nonviolent family offense, a fire, fraud, three fireworks incidents, two harassments, 10 information reports, two intoxicated persons, six juvenile problems, a K9 sniff, keeping the peace, a livestock problem, lost or found property, a missing person, a motorcycle/recreational vehicle problem, four noise problems, non-vandalism property damage, three parking problems, two probation/parole violations, two protection order violations, a prowler, recovered stolen property, 14 suspicious incidents, a suicide attempt, eight traffic accidents with property damage, three hit-and-run traffic accidents, a traffic complaint, identity theft, theft from a motor vehicle, threatening, a tobacco problem, trespassing, four unsecure premises, vandalism, four wanted persons and 16 welfare checks.

The Evanston Police Department arrested 21 persons between the dates of June 22 and July 5.

Kacee J. Alvord, of West Valley, Utah, was arrested for public intoxication.

Lexie N. Byrne, of Randolph, was arrested for driving while under the influence, driving while under suspension and possessing paraphernalia.

Cecilia E. Cazares-Spencer, of Evanston, was arrested for interfering with police and disturbing the peace.

Lance R. Collins, of Kemmerer, was arrested for failing to appear.

Arla M. Dean, of Evanston, was arrested for disturbing the peace.

Amber N. Dollar, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence and misdemeanor probation violation.

Robert J. Finney II, of Evanston, was arrested for misdemeanor probation violation.

John Hearn, of East Lake, Colorado, was arrested for driving while under suspension and possessing a controlled substance.

Tyler D. Jacobsen, of Evanston, was arrested for public intoxication, the purchase and/or possession of alcohol by or for someone under the age of 21 and resisting arrest.

Crystal L. Lundin, of Evanston, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia and driving while under the influence of drugs.

Adrian K. McCleary, of Taylorsville, Utah, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver and being a felon in possession of a weapon.

Amber McCurdy, of Conifer, Colorado, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance and endangering children.

Matthew K. Milam, of Evanston, was arrested for misdemeanor probation revocation.

Ashlie P. Myers, of Green River, was arrested for possessing paraphernalia and possessing a controlled substance.

Michael A. Odom, of Evanston, was arrested for driving while under the influence.

Dallas L. Rankin, of Greeley, Colorado, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance, property destruction and criminal entry.

Salvador C. Rivera, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic assault.

Saivontre I. Spillers, of West Valley City, Utah, was arrested for possessing a controlled substance, possessing a controlled substance with intent to deliver, being a felon in possession of a weapon, being a fugitive from justice and for an out-of-county warrant.

Christopher J. Staker, of Evanston, was arrested on a warrant for failing to pay.

Ashley C. Stanley, of Evanston, was arrested for domestic battery.

Levi T. Trimble, of Evanston, was arrested for felony probation violation.
