EVANSTON – The Evanston High School volleyball team suffered a five-set loss on Thursday night to Green River in a 4A West Conference matchup.
The Lady Red Devils, ranked fourth in the state, fell to the Lady Wolves 21-25, 26-24, 16-25, 25-18, 15-12.
Evanston is now 14-9 overall and 3-2 in conference play.
Green River, which fell out of the state rankings this week after being tied for fifth last week, is now 14-8 over and 2-2 in the conference.
