He is preceded in death by his great-grandfathers; his great-grandmother, Colleen; his aunt, Maranda; uncles Gordon McWain and Matthew Martin; aunt, Ruth Martin; and his favorite cousins, Travis and Shauna Martin.

The celebration of life for Chance is from 4-7 p.m. on Tuesday, June 4, at the Depot Square building in Evanston.

This is an informal event, so come when you can, stay for however long you would like, share a memory, hugs, tears and hopefully some laughter mixed in. All friends and family are welcome.
