Brent T. Morris passed away Nov. 16 at McKay-Dee Hospital in Ogden, Utah, after a brief illness. He was born on June 22, 1960, in Evanston, to George Ellis and Nola Mae Nicholls Morris.
Brent attended school in Evanston and graduated from Evanston High School. In 1981, he married Shannon Lind, and together they had two daughters, Erika and Melissa. They later divorced and he moved to the Ogden area where he would spend the rest of his time.
While in Ogden, he married Brenda Hansen, and together they had one son, Jonathan; he also gained two stepchildren, Jasmine Rukavine and Eric Hansen. Brent enjoyed spending time with his friends and family and could often be found playing on his computers.
He is preceded in death by his parents; infant brothers, Leslie and Ellis; and his older brother, David Morris.
He is survived by his wife; his sister, Debbie (Ron) Bury of Lyman; his daughters, Erika (Tim) George and Melissa (Torie) Morris, all of Evanston; Jasmine Rukavine of Ogden, Utah; his sons, Jonnathan Morris and Eric Hansen of Ogden; grandchildren, Halen Wise, Lexie, Jaxson and Ellie George, all of Evanston; and Kaycee Rukavine of Ogden; nieces and nephews; and his lifelong best friend, Jack Baltz.
Cremation has taken place under the direction of Leavitt’s Mortuary in Ogden.
