Bobby “Bob” L. Ring, age 54, was born on Sept. 13, 1967, in Dodge City, Kansas, and left this earth on Monday, Nov. 15, at Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland, Colorado. Bob graduated from Evanston High School, where he was very active in football and wrestling, in 1986.

Bob graduated from the University of Wyoming with a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science in 1991 and received his Juris Doctor from the University of Wyoming Law School in 1995. Bob was a member of the Colorado Bar Association. He was admitted to Colorado District and Supreme courts.

Bob married Angelina Ellis in 2004 and they moved to Loveland, Colorado. Bob opened Ring & Associates, PC, where he practiced law. Bob was a fun-loving guy who enjoyed his family and was the kind of man who would set himself on fire to keep those around him warm. The children said he was not only their father, but their best friend. Bob was always willing to help others and many of his clients became like extended family. Bob enjoyed gardening, golf, fishing and hunting.

Survivors include his wife of 17 years, Angelina Ring; children, Jacob Ring, Alexandra Ring, Aspynn Ellis, Emeri Ellis and Briar Ring — all of Loveland, Colorado; his mother, Myra Ring of Oshkosh, Nebraska;  sisters, Lisa (Tim) Hall of Penrose, Colorado, Brenda (Rom) Reedy of Cheyenne, Rhonda Ring of Wellington, Colorado, and Shelly (Cy) Thorup of Cheyenne; plus many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Ring; grandparents, Roy and Edna Schlegel and Jacob and Anna Ring; all were from Kansas.

Bob will be missed by all of those who knew him. Services were Monday, Nov. 22, at Allnutt Funeral Services Hunter Chapel in Loveland, Colorado, with visitation at 10 a.m. and services at 11 a.m.
