Arlo Ray Dean passed away June 13 at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City. He lived in Lyman for years.
He was born on Nov. 26, 1935, in Woodruff, Utah, to John Aurther and Lena Feller Dean. He was a longtime member of the AA Fellowship. He enjoyed trapping and was an avid rabbit and pigeon breeder, winning many awards showing them. He was self-employed, sealing roofs and parking lots. He was married to Pattsy Shaw in 1977; they had one daughter, Arla Dean, born in 1978. He had four other daughters, Debra Janet, Barb and Connie from a previous marriage.
