FINAL SETTLEMENT FOR HIGHWAY WORK
Notice is hereby given that the State Transportation Commission of Wyoming has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between the State of Wyoming, acting through said Commission, and Avail Valley Construction-WY, LLC, The Contractor, on Highway Project Number ARS3975, PEG2131, PEG3A24 in Lincoln, Sublette, Sweetwater, Teton and Uinta Counties, consisting of crushing and stockpiling of crushed surfacing material, salt mixing of designated stockpiles and miscellaneous work, and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Director of the Department of Transportation will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on October 19, 2021.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE
WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a Promissory Note (the “Note”) dated May 7, 2018, executed and delivered by Brittany Marie Miracle and Steven Lee Miracle (“Mortgagors”) to American Financial Resources, Inc., and a real estate Mortgage (the “Mortgage”) of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by said Mortgagors, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as Mortgagee, as nominee for American Financial Resources, Inc., its successors and assigns as Mortgagee, and which Mortgage was recorded on May 7, 2018, at Reception No. 1052575, in Book 1066, at Page 694-703 in the public records in the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Uinta County, State of Wyoming; and

WHEREAS, the Mortgage contains a power of sale which by reason of said default, the Mortgagee declares to have become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof, nor has any such suit or proceeding been instituted and the same discontinued; and
WHEREAS, written notice of intent to foreclose the Mortgage by advertisement and sale has been served upon the record owner and the party in possession of the mortgaged premises at least ten (10) days prior to the commencement of this publication, and the amount due upon the Mortgage as of September 2, 2021 being the total sum of $222,057.61, plus interest, costs expended, late charges, and attorneys’ fees accruing thereafter through the date of sale;
