Notice is hereby given that the City of Evanston has accepted as completed according to the plans, specifications, and rules governing the same work performed under that certain Contract between the City of Evanston and SCI, Inc. the Contractor, on the EVANSTON CITY VIEW WATER MAIN PHASE II PROJECT.  The Contractor is entitled to final settlement for work under this Contract and the City of Evanston will make final payment to the Contractor herein mentioned for the full amount due on the forty-first day after first publication of this notice (October 29, 2020).  Any claims should be submitted to the City of Evanston. Claims not filed with the City, prior to the forty-first day after the first date of this publication, the same shall be waived.

NOTICE TO ARCHITECTS AND ENGINEERS

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

Notice is hereby given that Uinta County School District No. 1 and the Wyoming State Construction Department, School Facilities Division have issued a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) from firms/individuals for Design Services in support of Evanston High School Domestic Water Replacement (“the Project”).

The RFP materials, project information, contract documents, and other important information, will be available for download by visiting the SFD website:

All submitted Proposals shall be sealed and must be received by Uinta County School District No. 1, at 537 10th Street, Evanston, Wy 82930, no later than 3:00 pm on 10/8/2020.  Proposals may be delivered in person, via US Postal Service, or via commercial parcel service.  Proposals will not be accepted via facsimile transmission, email, or any other electronic or telephonic means.  Only such Proposals that have been received by the District at the address, time, and date listed above will be considered.

Uinta County School District No. 1 reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals deemed to be not in the best interests of the School District.  The School District further reserves the right to cancel or amend the RFP materials and contract documents at any time and will notify all persons requesting proposal documents accordingly.

FUEL STATION PROJECT 2020

SEALED BIDS for construction of a new FUEL STATION will be received by the Department of Public Works until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, October 8, 2020, at which time any and all bids received will be opened and read aloud.

This project consists of the construction of a new Fuel Station; 8,000-gallon split 4000/4000, 2-hour fire rated tank, with 2-UL listed fuel pumps and 2-remote fuel dispensers. The fuel system must be complete with a fuel management system, Cardlock Vending and have fuel tank level equipment. All labor and materials for the overfill and product piping must be supplied to make the system operational. Overfills must be supplied to ensure that the tank is not overfilled. Vapor recovery piping must be installed for ground level connection as well as the remote tank product piping. All tank venting must be installed as per current International Fire Code.
