Notice of Sale of Real Property For Delinquent Taxes – September 15, 2021

 Notice is hereby given that I, Terry E Brimhall, the duly elected, qualified and acting County Treasurer within and for the county and state aforesaid, will on the 15th day of September AD 2021, at the county complex at Evanston in the county and state aforesaid, offer for sale, the following described real estate for taxes due and unpaid. The real estate will be sold subject to any special assessments for local or public improvements. Said sales shall take place between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm of said day and will be continued from day to day, Saturdays and Sundays excepted, until all of said land has been sold. All participants in the sale must be registered prior to 9:00 a.m.

 In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by North Shore Exploration & Production, LLC to modify the Anschutz Ranch East Gas Plant by removing two (2) 3.5 MMBtu/hr Stabilizer Heat Medium Boilers (BOL006, BOL007), removing three (3) 26.8 MMBtu/hr NGL/NRU Heat Medium Boilers (BOL008-BOL010), two (2) Amine Vent Stacks (AMN001-AMN002), one (1) 80 MMSCFD TEG Dehy Still Vent (DHY006), two (2) 100 MMSCFD TEG Dehy Still Vents (DHY008, DHY012), two (2) 5.7 MMBtu/hr NHL/NRU Regen Gas Heaters (HET014, HET015), three (3) Cold Box Vents (VNT001-VNT003) and updating process fugitive emissions (FUG001) and rich inlet gas system fugitive emissions (FUG002). The Anschutz Ranch East Gas Plant is located in the NW1/4 NW1/4 of Section 34, T13N, R121W, approximately fourteen (14) miles south-southwest of Evanston, in Uinta County, Wyoming.

Pursuant to W. S. 16-3-107, Notice is hereby given that the Wyoming Industrial Siting Council will conduct a contested case hearing on the Application for a Permit for the Lincoln Solar Project at 8:30 A.M. on October 18-19, 2021 at the Roundhouse, 1500 Main Street, Evanston, WY.  The Council will consider the applicant’s request for a Permit pursuant to the provisions of the Industrial Development Information and Siting Act (W. S. 35-12-101 et. seq.) and the Rules and Regulations adopted thereunder.  Persons eligible pursuant to W.
