Notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, State Construction Department, has accepted as complete, according to plans, specifications, and rules governing the same, the work performed under that certain Service Contract 05SC0277793, between the State of Wyoming, State Construction Department and Vaughn’s Plumbing & Heating Co., whose address is 1130 Signal Drive, Rock Springs, Wyoming 82901 for the work performed, materials, equipment, or tools furnished or used and services rendered for the substantial completion of the Wyoming State Hospital Building 33 Bathing Fixtures Upgrades Project, at Evanston, Uinta County, Wyoming.  The contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the State Construction Department will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on October 7, 2019.  The date of the first publication is August 27, 2019.

The Uinta County Commissioners met in regular session on August 20, 2019 in the commission chambers, 225 9th Street, Evanston, Wyoming.  Chairman Eric South convened meeting at 2:00 p.m.  Commissioners Mark Anderson and Craig Welling were present.  Also present: Amanda Hutchinson, County Clerk; and Loretta Howieson, County Attorney.

Agenda

Motion Welling, second Anderson to approve the agenda amended to include Kent Williams with a subdivision and Amanda Hutchinson substituting the health insurance document with a contract certification. 3 yes votes, passed.

Victim Witness Grant

Motion Anderson, second Welling to approve the annual Victim Witness Contract with the Office of the Attorney General, Wyoming for a term of July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2020 for a maximum amount of $75,826.00 as requested by Leisa Reiter, Victim/Witness Advocate.  3 yes votes, passed.

Contract Certification

Motion Welling, second Anderson to authorize Chairman South to sign a Certification Statement required by SLIB certifying that preference was given to Wyoming contractors in regards to bids for the Bridger Valley Transfer Station as requested by Amanda Hutchinson, County Clerk.  3 yes votes, passed.

Subdivision

Kent Williams opened a public hearing to allow for comments regarding the County Subdivision Resolution policy update.  No one spoke in favor and no one spoke in opposition.  Motion Anderson, second Welling to table the Subdivision Resolution update pending review by the Commissioners and County Attorney.  3 yes votes, tabled.
