BOARD OF UINTA COUNTY COMMISSIONERS

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Uinta County Commissioners will hold a Special Meeting on Monday, September 30, 2021 at 8:00 a.m. to consider lifting fire restrictions.  No other business will be conducted during the Special Meeting.  The meeting will be in the Commission Chambers at the County Complex 225 9th Street Evanston, WY  82930.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

Notice is hereby given that Chase and Sarah Sawyer have applied for a Land Use District Change (Zone Change) and Subdivision Permit for a parcel of land in Section 34, T15N R115W of the 6th P.M., Uinta County, Wyoming.  The application would allow a change from the Agricultural/ Resource/Development (ARD) Land Use District to the Commercial (C) Land Use District for the development of a one (1) lot Commercial subdivision entitled the Sawyer Commercial Subdivision.

Please be informed that on Monday, September 13th at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Evanston, WY, the City Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public meeting to consider the following public hearing request pursuant to Article 2, Chapter 24, Zoning of the 1982 Code of the City of Evanston, WY.

CP 109  A request by SAI Group for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an automobile service station (electric vehicle charging dispensers with associated equipment) for property located at 70 Yellow Creek Road, Evanston, Wyoming.  This property is zoned Community Business-Established (CB-E).  (Section 24-15B. NOTICE IS HEREBY PUBLISHED that Uinta County has accepted as completed all work on the Uinta County Crushing Project according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth between Uinta County and Hughes Enterprises Inc., the Contractor is entitled to settlement thereof.

Final payment will be made after the completion of publication of this Notice.  The date of first publication is August 13th, 2021, and the date of final settlement will be after September 23rd, 2021 and when all punch list items are complete.

Any claim or claims for work or labor due, or for materials or supplies furnished, must be accordingly filed with Uinta County prior to the above published date of final settlement.
