The creditors, heirs, devisees and all other persons interested in the estate of STEPHEN TODD CICCO, deceased, take notice that Merrissa Rheanne Cicco has filed an application in the District Court within and for Uinta County, Wyoming, alleging that STEPHEN TODD CICCO died on September 11, 2021; and that he owned and left real property in Uinta County, Wyoming, particularly described as follows:
Lot 9 in Block 11 of the Union Pacific Railway Company’s First Addition to the Subdivision, being a part of the SE¼ of Section 17, Township 15 North, Range 120 West of the 6th P.M., being located in the Town of Evanston, Uinta County, Wyoming, filed September 3, 1887 in the office of the Uinta County Clerk.
Together with all improvements thereon and all rights, appurtenances and hereditaments thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining.
SUBJECT, HOWEVER, to all easements, rights-of-ways, reservations, restrictions and existing or future oil and gas and/or other mineral leases, now of record or otherwise affecting said lands.

The Board of Uinta County Commissioners will hold a public hearing on the proposed Fiscal Year 2023 Budget at 6:00 p.m. on Monday, July 18, 2022. The Board will take action to adopt the Fiscal Year 2023 budget at their commission meeting July 19, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. The hearing and commission meeting will be in the commission chambers at the County Complex in Evanston. All interested persons are invited to attend and be heard. The county's tentative budget is listed below and is subject to change.
