EVANSTON, WYOMING
Notice is hereby given that a Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees for Uinta County School District Number One, State of Wyoming, will be held via Zoom Meeting at 6:00 p.m. on the 9th day of June, 2020, at the Educational Service Center, 537 Tenth Street, Evanston, Wyoming. A Zoom meeting link will be available on our district website (www.uinta1.com) prior to the meeting.
The purpose of the special meeting is to take action on any bids received regarding the Request for Proposal on the EHS Fieldhouse Study.

NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE
OF AND FINAL SETTLEMENT
To all persons, firms or corporations who have any claim for any work completed for, or any material furnished to Construction Material Recycling Inc., for the construction of the Harrison Drive Storm Drain Replacement project located in Evanston, Wyoming. You are hereby notified, that the City of Evanston, Wyoming has accepted as completed, according to the plans and specifications and rules set forth in the contract between the City of Evanston and the aforesaid contractor, the work in connection with the construction of the above, and that said contractor, is entitled to final settlement therefore.
You are further notified that upon the 12th of June 2020, being at least 10 days after the first publication of this notice, the City of Evanston will pay the full amount due under said contract; and in the event that your claim is not filed with the City Clerk of said City prior to said 12th day of June 2020, the same shall be waived.
This notice is given pursuant to Section 15-1-113 (h), Wyoming Statutes.
