Woodruff Creek Watershed Plan Environmental Assessment, Rich County, Utah

Public Scoping Meeting,

Wednesday, June 16, 2021, 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), with Rich County as the project sponsor and Woodruff Irrigation Company as co-sponsor, is preparing a Watershed Plan Environmental Assessment (Plan-EA) in Rich County, Utah to address water resource concerns.

NRCS will hold a public scoping meeting as part of the Plan-EA to provide information about the conceptual design of the proposed project and to collect comments. The public is invited to attend the scoping meeting to learn more, ask questions, and submit written comments. A brief presentation will be provided prior to a question and answer session. The meeting is being offered in-person, as well as virtually.

A fractional part of Lots 7 and 8 in Block 3 of Beckwith’s Second Addition to the Town of Evanston, Uinta County, Wyoming, as said lot and block are laid down and described on the plat of said addition, now on file and of record in the Office of the Uinta County Clerk and Ex-Officio Register of Deeds in and for Uinta County, Wyoming, and more particularly described as follow, to-wit: Commencing at a point on the westerly line of said Lot 7, 46 feet 8 inches Southwesterly from the Northwest corner of said Lot 7 and running thence Southeasterly 100 feet to the Easterly line of said Lot 8; thence Northeasterly along said last mentioned line 46 feet 8 inches, and thence Northwesterly 100 feet to the point of commencing.

SEALED BIDS for construction of asphalt pavement improvements will be received by the City of Evanston, until 2:00 pm., June 10, 2021 at which time any and all bids received will be opened and read aloud, the successful bidder shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary for completion of the project.

WORK DESCRIPTION: Street cleaning, asphalt milling, weed removal and surface preparation, traffic control, placement and compaction of plant mix asphalt, chip sealing, pavement re-striping, adjustment of sewer manhole covers and water valve boxes.
