In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by M2 Water Solutions, LLC to operate a Portable Water Evaporator, to evaporate produced water from production facilities and produced water reuse facilities at various locations in Albany, Big Horn, Campbell, Carbon, Converse, Crook, Fremont, Goshen, Hot Springs, Johnson, Laramie, Lincoln, Natrona, Niobrara, Park, Platte, Sheridan, Sweetwater, Teton, Uinta, Washakie, and Weston Counties.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F027571 and permit number P0027582 under permits. Walker have filed an application in the District Court within and for Uinta County, Wyoming, alleging that Leslie Llewellyn Hysell died on January 28, 2020; and that he owned and left real property in Uinta County, Wyoming, particularly described as follows:
A tract of land lying and being situate in Block Ten (10), Groshon Addition to the Town of Mountain View, Uinta County, Wyoming, as the same is platted and recorded in the office of the Ex-Officio Recorder of Deeds in the County of Uinta, State of Wyoming, said tract of land being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows, to-wit:
Beginning at the NW corner of said Block 10 of the Groshon Addition to the Town of Mountain View, Wyoming, and running South along Block boundary 290 feet, thence running Northeasterly 367 to a point on the North boundary of said Block 10 located 225 feet East of the Northwest corner of said Block 10 and thence running West along Block boundary a distance of 225 feet to the point of beginning.
