The OWNER reserves the right to reject all bids if the Governing Body determines that it is in the best interest of the City to do so and reserves the right to waive any formalities as provided by law.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE

WHEREAS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a default in the payment under the terms of a secured and perfected Note has occurred.  The Note is secured by a Mortgage dated November 23, 2016 and recorded on November 23, 2016 at REC # 1028229 Book 1046, Page 967 in the records of Uinta County, Wyoming from Samantha R. Howard, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Buffalo Federal Bank for the amount of $147,979.00.  The Mortgage having been assigned to and now in possession of PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, through an assignment recorded on February 25, 2022 at REC# 1119437 in Book 2035, Page 191 in the records of Uinta County, Wyoming.

WHEREAS the Mortgage contains a power of sale, which by reason of the default that has occurred, the Mortgagee has declared to become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof, nor has any suit or proceeding instituted and the same discontinued and:

Second Regular Meeting

May 17th, 2022

The official record of proceedings of the second regular meeting of the Evanston City Council for the month of May was held in the Council Chambers of City Hall on the above date. These proceedings were video recorded and streamed live.

Mayor Williams led those in attendance in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag.

The roll was called and with a quorum being present, Mayor Kent Williams called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m. and welcomed everyone present.

Those present from the governing body at the start of the meeting were: Mayor Williams; Council members Tim Lynch, Tib Ottley, Evan Perkes, Dave Welling, Mike Sellers and Mikal Welling.

The Uinta County Commissioners met in regular session on May 17, 2022 in the commission chambers, 225 9th Street, Evanston. Chairman Eric South convened meeting at 2:00 p.m. Commissioner Mark Anderson and Commissioner Brent Hatch were present. Also present: Terry Brimhall, Treasurer; Lori Perkins, Assessor; Loretta Howieson, Attorney; and Kerri Wright, Clerk of District Court.

Advertisement and Invitation for Bid Package

Notice is hereby given that Trout Unlimited is announcing that solicitation for bid information is available for the furnishing of:

Construction of the Evanston Dam River Restoration Project

The project site is in southwest Wyoming, about 10 miles south from Evanston, Wyoming. This bid proposal will be for river restoration and partial removal of a concrete dam along about 1,800 feet of the Bear River on private property. Restoration activities generally include excavating a new river channel around a concrete dam, installation of large rock cross vanes, rock riffles, and rootward riverbanks to improve fish passage and stream, riparian, and wetland habitat. A rock cross vane diversion structure will also be installed for a small irrigation diversion upstream of the dam. Stream channel work can begin after July 15, 2022 and be completed by December 31, 2022.

Notice is hereby provided that any contractor wishing to act as general contractor on the project contact either Jim DeRito or Dave Kimble to receive “solicitation to bid” information. There will be a mandatory pre-bidder meeting at the site on the 25th of May, 2022.  Bids will be due the 1st of June at 5pm, unless modified at the mandatory site meeting, and selection of a contractor will be made by the 3rd of June.

Department of Environmental Quality/ Air Quality Division

Annual Monitoring Network Plan

The Wyoming Air Quality Division (AQD) will submit the Wyoming Ambient Air Monitoring Annual Network Plan 2022 to EPA Region 8 in accordance with 40 CFR 58.10.  The AQD is soliciting comments from the interested public on this network plan. The plan is available for public comment, and the public will be allowed a period of thirty (30) days to submit written comments.  Public comments must be received no later than June 22, 2022.  All comments received by the close of business on June 22, 2022 will be submitted to EPA’s Region 8 along with the plan and will be retained on file in the Cheyenne office.

Notice is hereby given the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Air Quality Division, proposes to submit the Wyoming Ambient Monitoring Annual Network Plan 2022 to the EPA.
