Randy and Lysia Taylor purchased the Certificate on or about August 21, 2018 and the Certificate was properly reassigned to them, making them the owners and holders of the Certificate.
Randy and Lysia Taylor will apply for a tax deed on September 21,2021. All interested parties are hereby notified of the right to redemption pursuant to Wyoming Statute §§ 39- 13-108, -109.
