Notice is hereby given that Eric Jensen has applied for a Land Use District Change (Zone Change) and Subdivision Permit for Lot 2 of the Whitney Industrial I Subdivision 2nd Filing in Sections 1, T16N R121W, 6th P.M., Uinta County, Wyoming.  The application would allow a change from the Industrial (I) Land Use District to the Residential (R) Land Use District for the development of a four lot Residential subdivision entitled the Shadow Ridge Subdivision.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please be informed that on Monday, June 7th at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Evanston, WY, the City Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public meeting to consider the following public hearing requests pursuant to Article 2, Chapter 24, Zoning of the 1982 Code of the City of Evanston, WY.

CP 95  A request by Jackpot K9, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a commercial use, dog training with indoor kenneling, which is proposed to be located at 528 County Road, Unit 3, Evanston, Wyoming.  This property is zoned Highway Business-Established (HB-E).  (Section 24-15 B. (26))]

CP 100  A request by Alice Chamberlain for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a detached accessory building to exceed 60 percent of the square foot size of the principal building’s footprint located at 529 Grass Valley Drive, Evanston, Wyoming.  This property is zoned Medium Density Residential-Established (MR-E).  The applicant is proposing to construct a detached garage measuring 32 feet by 45 feet (1,440 square feet).  (Section 24-26 C.)

Notice is hereby given that the date of the Regular Meeting of the Board Trustees for Uinta County School District Number One, State of Wyoming, is changed from Tuesday, June 1, 2021 to Tuesday, June 15, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. at which time the Board of Trustees of said District will conduct its regular meeting. 

Notice is also given that official minutes of each regular meeting of such Board, including a record of all official acts and of all warrants issued are available for inspection by any citizen at the Office of the Clerk of said District at 537 Tenth Street, Evanston, Wyoming, during the regular office hours of 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The real property subject to the Certificate was assessed in the name of ENTERPRISE SYSTEM LTD. The Certificate covers delinquent taxes and/or special assessments for the tax years of 2016. Randy and Lysia Taylor purchased the Certificate on or about August 21, 2018 and the Certificate was properly reassigned to them, making them the owners and holders of the Certificate.

Randy and Lysia Taylor will apply for a tax deed on September 21,2021. All interested parties are hereby notified of the right to redemption pursuant to Wyoming Statute §§ 39- 13-108, -109. The time for redemption will expire on September 21,2021 or upon a valid tax deed application being filed and accepted by the Uinta County Treasurer.
