Joshua L. Harman and Arlena J. Harmon of 2540 E 6500 S, Uintah, UT 84403, intend to file an application for a two Lot Subdivision of Lot 8, Block 2 of the Blacks Fork River Estates Subdivision which is in Section 35 T13N R117W of the 6th P.M., Uinta County, Wyoming. The Subdivision is located approximately 19 miles southwest of Mountain View on County Road No. 271. The final plat will be presented at the Uinta County Commissioners Meeting at approximately 2:00 p.m. May 21, 2019 at the Commission Meeting Room in the County Courthouse at 225 Ninth Street in Evanston, Wyoming.

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Uinta County Commissioners will meet on Tuesday, May 7, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. as part of the regularly scheduled Work Session and again on Wednesday, May 8th at 8:00 am in a Special Meeting to conduct budget meetings with various Uinta County departments. No other business will be conducted during the Special Meeting.  The meeting will be in the Commission Conference room at the County Complex in Evanston.  All interested parties are invited to attend.

FINAL SETTLEMENT FOR HIGHWAY WORK

Notice is hereby given that the State Transportation Commission of Wyoming has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between the State of Wyoming, acting through said Commission, and Kilgore Companies dba Lewis & Lewis, Inc. The Contractor, on Highway Project Number P161025 in Uinta County, consisting of grading, milling plant mix, placing crushed base and bituminous pavement surfacing, reclaiming asphalt widening, bridge deck repair and miscellaneous work, and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Director of the Department of Transportation will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on May 27, 2019.

EVANSTON CITY COUNCIL

Special Meeting

April 23, 2019

The official record of proceedings for a special meeting of the Evanston City Council was held in the Conference Room of City Hall on the above date.

The roll was called and with a quorum being present, Mayor Kent Williams called the meeting to order at 5:30 p.m.

Those present from the governing body at the start of meeting were:  Mayor Williams; Councilmembers; Tim Lynch, Tim Ottley, Evan Perkes, Mike Sellers and Mikal Welling.  Councilmember David Welling was excused.

Staff members present were:   City Attorney, Dennis Boal; City Clerk, Nancy Stevenson; City Treasurer, Trudy Lym; Community Development Director, Rocco O’Neill; Director of Engineering and Planning, Dean Barker; Public Works Director, Gordon Robinson; Parks and Recreation Director, Scott Ehlers; and Police Lieutenant, Ken Pearson.   Police Chief, Jon Kirby was excused.

Approve Agenda

Councilmember M. Welling moved, Councilmember Lynch seconded, to approve the agenda.   The motion passed unanimously with 6 yes votes: Williams, Lynch, Ottley, Perkes, Sellers, M. Welling.

Resolution 19-20

Councilmember Lynch introduced Resolution 19-20. Councilmember Sellers moved, Councilmember Sellers seconded, to adopt Resolution 19-20.

RESOLUTION 19-20:  A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE BASK ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION WITHIN THE CITY OF EVANSTON, WYOMING AS MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED HEREIN.

The motion passed unanimously with 5 yes votes:  Williams, Lynch, Perkes, Sellers, M. Welling. 1 abstain: Ottley.

With no further business to be conducted at this time Mayor Williams adjourned the meeting at 5:36 p.m.
