Notice is hereby given that I-80 Corridor of Western Wyoming Food Cooperative, consisting of Sweetwater County School District #2, Sweetwater County School District #1, Uinta County School District #6, and Uinta County School District #4, has issued an Invitation to Bid to Milk and Dairy Distributors to provide milk for the 2019-2020 school year.

NOTICE OF POSTPONEMENT OF FORECLOSURE SALE
WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a promissory note (the “Note”) dated 06/20/2008 executed and delivered by Rodney Gene Reinholz and Mary C. EVANSTON CITY COUNCIL
March 26, 2019
The official record of proceedings for a special meeting of the Evanston City Council was held in the Conference Room of City Hall on the above date.
The roll was called and with a quorum being present, Mayor Kent Williams called the meeting to order at 6:50 p.m.
Those present from the governing body at the start of meeting were: Mayor Williams; Councilmembers; Tim Lynch, Tim Ottley, Evan Perkes, David Welling , Mike Sellers and Mikal Welling.
Staff members present were: City Attorney, Dennis Boal; City Clerk, Nancy Stevenson; City Treasurer, Trudy Lym; Director of Engineering and Planning, Dean Barker; Public Works Director, Gordon Robinson; and HR Specialist, Diane Harris. Police Chief, Jon Kirby was excused.
Councilmember D. Welling moved, Councilmember Perkes seconded, to approve the agenda. The motion passed unanimously with 7 yes votes: Williams, Lynch, Ottley, Perkes, D. Welling, Sellers, M. Welling.
Councilmember Lynch moved, Councilmember Ottley seconded, to go into an Executive Session to discuss the possible appointment of a Department Head. The motion passed unanimously with 7 yes votes: Williams, Lynch, Ottley, Perkes, D. Welling, Sellers, M. Welling.
With no further business to be conducted at this time Mayor Williams adjourned the meeting at 7:35 p.m.

NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
Default having occurred and all prerequisites to foreclosure having been met, notice is hereby given that the mortgage given by Alton L. Gross and Effie E. Gross, husband and wife, mortgagors, in favor of 1st Bank, Division of Glacier Bank, mortgagee, dated October 23, 2014, recorded October 23, 2014, in Book 1016, Page 934 of Records in the Office of the Clerk of Uinta County, Wyoming, given to secure payment of a note in the original amount of Two Hundred Nine Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($209,000.00). Said note and mortgage were assigned to the Wyoming Community Development Authority by Assignment dated October 23, 2014, and recorded October 23, 2014, in Book 1016 at Page 947 of Records in the Office of the Clerk of Uinta County, Wyoming. The past amount due as of March 27, 2019, is Six Thousand Nine Hundred Nine Dollars and 10/100 ($6,909.10), plus accruing interest, fees and costs, and the amount due as of March 27, 2019, is One Hundred Ninety Five Thousand Four Hundred Seventy Eight Dollars and 22/100 ($195,478.22), plus accruing interest, fees and costs. Said mortgage contains a power of sale which by reason of default the owner of the Note and Mortgage declares to have become operative and no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the mortgage or any part thereof, nor has any such suit or proceeding been instituted and the same discontinued. Written notice of intent to foreclose the Mortgage by advertisement and sale has been served upon the record owner and the party in possession of the mortgaged premises at least ten days prior to the commencement of this publication. The property being foreclosed upon may be subject to other liens and encumbrances that will not be extinguished at the sale and any prospective purchaser should research the status of title before submitting the bid.
Therefore, said mortgage will be foreclosed by sale of the following described real property located in Uinta County, Wyoming, described as:
