Notice is hereby given that John Condos has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the operation of a Gravel Pit on property in Section 20 of T15N, R114W, Uinta County, Wyoming.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Please be informed that on Monday, May 6th at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Evanston, WY, the City Planning and Zoning Commission will conduct a public meeting to consider the following public hearing requests pursuant to Article 2, Chapter 24, Zoning of the 1982 Code of the City of Evanston, WY.

CP 18  A request by Jim Cronister for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an accessory building to exceed sixty percent of the square foot size of the principal building’s footprint and to allow the total of all detached accessory buildings to exceed seventy-five percent of the square foot size of the principal building’s footprint for property located at 190 County Road, Evanston, WY 82930, which is zoned Medium Density Residential-Established (MR-E).  The applicant is proposing to construct a detached garage measuring 20 feet by 48 feet (960 square feet).  The area of the garage will total 104 percent of the footprint area of the principal building.  The area of all accessory buildings will total 260 percent of the footprint area of the principal building.  (Section 24-26 C.)

CP 19  A request by Robert Holmes for a Conditional Use Permit to allow an accessory building to exceed sixty percent of the square foot size of the principal building’s footprint and to allow the total of all detached accessory buildings to exceed seventy-five percent of the square foot size of the principal building’s footprint for property located at 441 Main Street, Evanston, WY 82930, which is zoned Low Density Residential-Established (LR-E).  The applicant is proposing to construct an addition onto an existing detached accessory building with an area of approximately 645 square feet.  The total area of the existing accessory building and proposed building addition is 856 square feet or 77 percent of the footprint area of the principal building.  The area of all accessory buildings will total 83 percent of the footprint area of the principal building.  (Section 24-26 C.)

TA 11   A request by the City of Evanston for a Text Amendment to Article V, Conditional Use Permits of Chapter 24, Zoning of the Evanston City Code.  This Text Amendment would consider a possible addition to Article V to allow for the transferability of an approved conditional use permit.  (Section 24-107)

Services to include medication disbursement, licensed CNA care and basic nursing for patient’s held pursuant to Title 25 for mental health issues. These services will be on a PRN basis only.

Notice is hereby given that the State Transportation Commission of Wyoming has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between the State of Wyoming, acting through said Commission, and Streamline Markings, Inc. The Contractor, on Highway Project Number B183032 in Lincoln, Sublette, Sweetwater, Teton and Uinta Counties, consisting of epoxy striping, and the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Director of the Department of Transportation will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on May 30, 2019.

Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Uinta County Jail Sewer Upgrade Project will be received by Uinta County, Wyoming at the   Uinta County Clerk’s Office, 225 9th Street, Evanston, Wyoming 82930 until   11:00 a.m. local time     May 2, 2019   and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project consists of the following work: Purchase and Installation of a grinder station in the existing sewer service line that serves the County jail. Work includes excavation, backfill and by-pass piping during construction.

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of FORSGREN ASSOCIATES, INC. at the location noted above, upon payment of $   50.00    for each hard set, or $   0.00     for each digital copy non-refundable.

Contractor responsible for being on bidders list to qualify for bidding project.

Each BIDDER will be required to submit, with his proposal, a Bid Bond made payable without condition to the Uinta County, WY in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the BIDDER’s maximum Bid Price as guarantee that such BIDDER will enter into a contract within thirty (30) days after the date of the OWNER’s Notice of Award.

Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on  April 25, 2019 at 2:00 pm at Forsgren Associates office, and then travel to the project location, 77 County Road 109, Evanston, WY.

Contract Security (Performance and Payment Bonds) shall be required as part of this project pursuant to W.S. 15-1-113(d) and (f) and W.S. 16-6-112.

Preference will be given to resident Wyoming Contractors in the amount of (5%) of the low bid in accordance with Wyoming Statute 16-6-101, et. seq.

Uinta County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of any bid, to waive any formality in any bid, as its best interest may appear.

PROJECT NOTICE OF FINAL ACCEPTANCE

To all persons, corporations or firms who have any claim for work done or for any materials furnished to Dustbusters Enterprise, Inc., 108 Meadow Drive, Evanston, WY 82930 for the 2016 Dust Suppression Project located in Uinta County, Wyoming.

Notice is hereby given that Uinta County Commission has accepted as completed, according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between Uinta County, acting through said Commission, and Dustbusters Enterprise, Inc., 108 Meadow Drive, Evanston, WY  82930, for the 2016 Dust Suppression Project.

You are further notified that upon May 23, 2019, being the 41st day after the first publication of this Notice, Uinta County Commission will pay to Dustbusters Enterprise, Inc. the full amount due under said Contract, and in the event your claim is not filed with said Uinta County Commission, Wyoming prior to said May 23, 2019, the same shall be waived.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE

WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a promissory note (the “Note”) dated 08/28/2009 executed and delivered by Martin L. Smith Jr. to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and a real estate mortgage (the “Mortgage”) of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by Martin L. Smith Jr., a married person (the “Mortgagors”), to  Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and which Mortgage was recorded on 08/28/2009, as Entry No. 149187 Book 939 Page 314 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Uinta County, State of Wyoming; and

WHEREAS, the Mortgage contains a power of sale which by reason of said default, the Mortgagee declares to have become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part there-of, nor has any such suit or proceeding been instituted and the same discontinued; and

WHEREAS, written notice of intent to foreclose the Mortgage by advertisement and sale has been served upon the record owner and the party in possession of the mortgaged premises at least ten (10) days prior to the commencement of this publication, and the amount due upon the Mortgage on the date of first publication of this notice of sale being the total sum of $ 74,265.31 which sum consists of the unpaid principal balance of $69,335.98 plus Interest accrued to the date of the first publication of this notice in the amount of $1,891.94 plus attorneys’ fees, costs expended, and accruing interest and late charges after the date of first publication of this notice of sale;
