YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that unless you file an answer or otherwise plead as provided for by the laws of the State of Wyoming, within 30 days after the last day of publication of this notice, your default will be entered and a judgment and decree of Forfeiture will be entered terminating any interest you may have in Forty-Four Thousand Two Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars ($44,275.00) in United States currency and forfeiting the property to the State of Wyoming.

In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Dominion Energy Questar Pipeline, LLC to modify the Leroy Storage Compressor Station by installing one (1) 231 hp Caterpillar G3406 emergency engine, removing one (1) Onan emergency generator, and authorizing the existing; 41 bbl condensate tank, 1,000 gal produced water dehy vent tank, 200 bbl produced water tank, 300 bbl methanol and process water mixed tank, 200 bbl waste water process tank, 400 bbl methanol tank, two (2) 500 gal glycol tanks, 1000 gal glycol tank, and 1,000 gal used glycol tank. The Leroy Storage Compressor Station is located in the NW¼ SE¼ of Section 33, T16N, R117W, approximately fifteen (15) miles west-northwest of Mountain View in Uinta County, Wyoming.
