TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED IN SAID ESTATE:

You are hereby notified that on the 28th day of March, 2022 the Estate of Ronald R. Stahley, was admitted to probate by the above-named Court, and that Cheryl A. Stahley was appointed as Personal Representative thereof.

Notice is further given that all persons indebted to said decedent or to said estate are requested to make immediate payment to the undersigned at the offices of Long Reimer Winegar LLP, 724 Front Street, Suite 200, PO Box 1040, Evanston, WY 82931.

Creditors having claims against said decedent or the estate are required to file them in duplicate with the necessary vouchers, in the office of the Clerk of said Court, on or before three months after the date of the first publication of this notice, and if such claims are not so filed, unless otherwise allowed or paid, they will be forever barred.

In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Dominion Energy Questar Pipeline, LLC to install and operate thirteen (13) portable engines. The portable engines consist of seven (7) diesel engines (ENG001, ENG004-ENG009) and six (6) natural gas engines (ENG002, ENG010-ENG014) that will be operated at various gas pipeline locations in Carbon, Lincoln, Sweetwater, and Uinta Counties, Wyoming.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F030052 and permit number P0034807 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Sweetwater County Library, Green River, Wyoming.  Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Sweetwater County Clerk’s Office, Green River, Wyoming.  In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, special assistance or alternate formats will be made available upon request for individuals with disabilities.

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY

You are hereby notified that an Application has been filed in the above captioned matter, which Application alleges that the above named Decedent died on October 15, 2020, in Dona Ana County, New Mexico, and that the Decedent died the owner of certain mineral interests as described in the Application, said property being located in Uinta County, Wyoming (the “Decedent’s Real Property”).

The Petitioners in the captioned matter, Diane Gottlieb and Terry Lynn Buchanan, state that the sole heirs, at the time of the Decedent’s death, were her children, Diane Gottlieb and Terry Lynn Buchanan. The Decedent died testate, and the distributees under the Decedent’s Last Will and Testament are Diane Gottlieb and Terry Lynn Buchanan. There are no other heirs or distributees of the Decedent having a right to succeed to Decedent’s Real Property under probate proceedings.  As a result, thereof, the Petitioners state that they are entitled to a decree of this Court distributing all of Decedent’s Real Property to Diane Gottlieb and Terry Lynn Buchanan.
