WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a Promissory Note (the “Note”) dated February 23, 2006, executed and delivered by Troy A. Gaylord (“Mortgagor”) to Beneficial Wyoming Inc., and a real estate Mortgage (the “Mortgage”) of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by Troy A. WHEREAS, the Mortgage contains a power of sale which by reason of said default, the Mortgagee declares to have become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part thereof, nor has any such suit or proceeding been instituted and the same discontinued; and

PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules, the Commission hereby gives notice of the Application of Rocky Mountain Power (RMP or the Company) for authority to Establish Intermediate Low-Carbon Energy Portfolio Standards pursuant to the provisions of Wyoming Statute § 37-18-102 and Chapter 3, Section 38 of the Commission’s rules.

  1. RMP is a division of PacifiCorp, an Oregon corporation, engaged in the business of supplying electric utility service to customers throughout its six-state service territory, including Wyoming. RMP is a public utility subject to the Commission’s jurisdiction. Wyo. Stat. §§ 37-l-101(a)(vi)(C) and 37-2-112.
  2. On March 31, 2023, RMP filed this Application, requesting authority to establish Intermediate Low-Carbon Portfolio Standards. The Application is responsive to the requirements of Wyoming Statute § 37-18-102 and Chapter 3, Section 38 of the Commission’s rules. Further, it is in-compliance with the Commission’s decision in Docket No. 20000-616-EA-22 (Record No. 17032). It addresses Dave Johnston Unit 4 and Jim Bridger Units 3 and 4. These units are utility owned, coal-fired generation facilities.
  3. RMP continues to rely upon the Kiewit CCUS Feasibility Study report dated March 2022, which it commissioned to evaluate potential carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS) options for its generation facilities subject to CCUS evaluation requirements. Based upon the Kiewit report and the results of the Company’s recently concluded Request for Proposal (RFP) process, the Company states that Dave Johnston Unit 4 and Jim Bridger Units 3 and 4 remain potentially suitable for the installation of CCUS technology. The Company further states that it continues to analyze options through its RFP process.
  4. This is not a complete description of the Application. The Application is available for inspection at the Commission’s offices in Cheyenne, Wyoming. The Application is also available on the Commission’s website at https://psc.wyo.gov (Hot Topics), https://dms.wyo.gov/external/publicusers.aspx (Enter Record No. 17277) or RMP’s website at www.pacificorp.com.
  5. Anyone wishing to file a public comment, statement, protest, intervention petition, or request for a public hearing in this matter must do so in writing filed with the Commission on or before May 12, 2023. Public comments should be submitted to wpsc_comments@wyo.gov. Any intervention request filed with the Commission shall set forth the grounds of the proposed intervention or request for hearing as well as the position and the interest of the petitioner in this proceeding. BA 179 A request by Gene Sharp for a Variance to allow a principal building to encroach approximately 1 foot into the minimum 5-foot interior side yard setback and 10 feet into the minimum 20-foot rear yard setback areas for property located at 310 Alpine Circle, Evanston, Wyoming, which is zoned Medium Density Residential-Established (MR-E).  The applicant is proposing to attach an existing detached garage to the house.  (Section 24-16 A. CP 180 A request by Pete Bass for a Conditional Use Permit to allow a detached accessory building to exceed 60 percent of the square foot size of the principal building’s footprint located at 813 Morse Lee Street, Evanston, Wyoming, which is zoned Low Density Residential-Established (LR-E). The applicant is proposing to construct a detached garage having an area of approximately 848 square feet or 84 percent of the footprint area of the principal building.  (Section 24-26 C.)

PUBLIC NOTICE

Atlas Tower 1, LLC proposes the construction of a 150 ft. Self-Supporting communications tower (155 ft with appurtenances) located at 1235 CO RD 105, Evanston, WY, 82930 in Uinta County, at latitude 41°19’23.52”N (NAD83) and longitude -111°01’22.944”W  (NAD83). The proposed tower will not require lighting for FAA aviation safety. The proposed tower can be identified by FCC Form 854 File Number A1239439. PICKLEBALL AND BASKETBALL PROJECT

INVITATION TO BID

Sealed BIDS to furnish all labor, materials and perform all work associated with the Evanston Recreation Center Building Pickleball and Basketball Court Project will be received by the City of Evanston, Wyoming at the office of the City Clerk, 1200 Main Street, Evanston, Wyoming 82930 until 11:00 pm local time Wednesday, May 10, 2023, and then, at said office publicly opened and read aloud. 

The scope of work shall consist of building 4 Pickle Ball Courts and 2 Basketball Courts and all other services needed to complete this project.
