The Town of Bear River will be accepting responsible sealed bids for the following items;

1996 1/2 ton 4x4 Dodge pickup with canopy

1997 Ford Expedition

Responsible bids will be accepted at the Town Hall until April 8, 2019 at 4:00 PM. Town Hall is located at 81 Elk Drive, Bear River Wyoming 82930. Bids must be sealed and clearly marked as to which item the bid is for, bidder’s name, address and contact information. Interested bidders may also mail their bids to Town Hall at the same address mentioned above. The bids will be opened during the workshop and awarded during the regular Town Council meeting on April 9, 2019 beginning at 5:30 PM. Questions call 307-789-2800.

All items are as is. The Town of Bear River reserves the right to reject any or all bids.

INVITATION TO BID

Services to include medication disbursement, licensed CNA care and basic nursing for patient’s held pursuant to Title 25 for mental health issues. These services will be on a PRN basis only.

PUBLIC NOTICE

Pursuant to the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act and the Wyoming Public Service Commission’s (Commission) Rules and Regulations, notice is hereby given of the Application of Rocky Mountain Power (RMP or the Company) for a approval of a permanent extension to file its annual report with the Commission, as more fully described below:

RMP is a public utility, as defined in Wyo. Stat. §37-1-101(a)(vi)(C), subject to the Commission’s jurisdiction pursuant to Wyo. Stat. §37-2-112.

On March 21, 2019, the Company submitted an Application requesting a permanent extension to file its annual report with the Commission.  Commission Rule Chapter 3, Section 32, requires utilities to file an annual report on or before May 1st of each year for the preceding calendar year in a form prescribed by the Commission.  RMP is requesting a permanent extension allowing the Company to file its annual report on June 15th  at the earliest, annually. 

This is not a complete description of RMP’s Application.  Interested persons may inspect the entire Application at RMP’s Wyoming offices and at the Commission’s offices in Cheyenne, Wyoming, during regular business hours.  The Application may also be reviewed on line at http://www.pacificorp.com.

Anyone desiring to file a public comment, statement, protest, intervention petition or request for a public hearing in this matter must file with the Commission in writing on or before April 19, 2019.  Any intervention request filed with the Commission shall set forth the grounds of the proposed intervention or request for hearing as well as the position and the interest of the petitioner in this proceeding.

FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE

WHEREAS, default in the payment of principal and interest has occurred under the terms of a promissory note (the “Note”) dated 08/28/2009 executed and delivered by Martin L. Smith Jr. to Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. and a real estate mortgage (the “Mortgage”) of the same date securing the Note, which Mortgage was executed and delivered by Martin L. Smith Jr., a married person (the “Mortgagors”), to  Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and which Mortgage was recorded on 08/28/2009, as Entry No. 149187 Book 939 Page 314 in the records of the office of the County Clerk and ex-officio Register of Deeds in and for Uinta County, State of Wyoming; and

WHEREAS, the Mortgage contains a power of sale which by reason of said default, the Mortgagee declares to have become operative, and no suit or proceeding has been instituted at law to recover the debt secured by the Mortgage, or any part there-of, nor has any such suit or proceeding been instituted and the same discontinued; and

WHEREAS, written notice of intent to foreclose the Mortgage by advertisement and sale has been served upon the record owner and the party in possession of the mortgaged premises at least ten (10) days prior to the commencement of this publication, and the amount due upon the Mortgage on the date of first publication of this notice of sale being the total sum of $ 74,265.31 which sum consists of the unpaid principal balance of $69,335.98 plus Interest accrued to the date of the first publication of this notice in the amount of $1,891.94 plus attorneys’ fees, costs expended, and accruing interest and late charges after the date of first publication of this notice of sale;

WHEREAS, the property being foreclosed upon may be subject to other liens and encumbrances that will not be extinguished at the sale. Any prospective purchaser should research the status of title before submitting a bid;
