On 16 September 2015, Montierth Holdings, LLC purchased a certificate of real property for 2014 delinquent taxes for the following property: STATE HWY 410 T15 R115 SEC 34 PT SW1/4 NE1/4 in Uinta County, WY. The property was assessed and taxed in the name of SWEARENGIN, LEMMIE & WOODROW. The time for redemption shall expire when a valid tax deed application has been filed with the county treasurer and a tax deed is issued. Unless redemption is made of said Real Estate, in the manner provided by law, the aforesaid purchaser will make application for deed on or after the 12th day of July 2021. This property has no special assessments.

Notice is hereby given that Hope Acres LLC has applied for a Land Use District Change (Zone Change) and Subdivision Permit for a tract of land in Section 32, T16N, R114W. The application would allow a change from the Agricultural/Resource/Development (ARD) Land Use District to the Residential (R) Land Use District for the development of a seven lot Residential subdivision entitled the Hope Acres Phase 1 Subdivision.
A public hearing on this matter will be held before the Board of Uinta County Commissioners on Tuesday, April 6, 2021, at approximately 2:00 p.m. in the Commission Chambers of the Uinta County Complex, Evanston, Wyoming.

Separate sealed BIDS for the crushing of material of the Uinta County 2021 Crushing Project will be received by Uinta County, Wyoming at the Uinta County Clerk’s Office, 225 9th Street, Evanston, Wyoming 82930 until 1:00 p.m. local time April 19, 2021 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project consists of the following work: Crushing approximately 30,000 cubic yards of material to a Grading W specification.
Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of FORSGREN ASSOCIATES, INC. at the location noted above, upon payment of $ 25.00 for each hard set, or $ 0.00 for each digital copy non-refundable.
Contractor responsible for being on bidders list to qualify for bidding project.
Each BIDDER will be required to submit, with his proposal, a Bid Bond made payable without condition to the Uinta County, WY in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the BIDDER’s maximum Bid Price as guarantee that such BIDDER will enter into a contract within thirty (30) days after the date of the OWNER’s Notice of Award.
Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on April 1, 2019 at 3:00 pm at the Mountain View County Shop, 4115 State Highway 410, and then travel to the project location, 824 County Road 263, Fort Bridger, WY.
Contract Security (Performance and Payment Bonds) shall be required as part of this project pursuant to W.S. 15-1-113(d) and (f) and W.S. 16-6-112.
Preference will be given to resident Wyoming Contractors in the amount of (5%) of the low bid in accordance with Wyoming Statute 16-6-101, et. seq.
Uinta County reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of any bid, to waive any formality in any bid, as its best interest may appear.
