RESTAURANT LIQUOR LICENSE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on or about the14th day of March 2022, Paff’s, LLC, DBA: Paff’s, filed an application for a Restaurant Liquor License in the Office of the Clerk of the City of Evanston, Wyoming, for the building located at 164 Front Street, Evanston, Uinta County, Wyoming.

Protests, if any there be, against the issuance of such license, may be heard at the hour of 5:30 p.m. on the 5th day of April 2022, in the Council Chambers of the Evanston City Hall, 1200 Main Street, Evanston, Wyoming.

SEALED BIDS for STREET STRIPING (PAINTING) improvements will be received by the City of Evanston at the Department of Public Works, 33 Allegiance Circle, Evanston, Wyoming; until 1:00 p.m., TUESDAY, APRIL 12, 2022, at which time any and all bids received will be opened and read aloud. The successful bidder shall furnish all labor, materials and equipment necessary for completion of the project.

MATERIALS INCLUDE:    White and Yellow fast drying traffic paint meeting Wyoming Department of Transportation (WyDOT) Specifications.

WORK DESCRIPTION:   1)  Painting crosswalks, stop bars and parking lines.  2)  Painting edge lines and center lines (long lines).

A hard copy requires a payment of $10.00 for each set; non-refundable. W.S. 16-6-102:            5% Resident Contractor Preference.

W.S. 16-6-104:            5% Wyoming Materials and Suppliers Preference.

W.S. 16-6-112:            Performance Guarantee.

W.S. 16-6-201 – 16-6-206:      Resident Labor Preference.

W.S. 27-3-502(f):        Registration with taxing authority.

RESIDENT PREFERENCE(S): In order to receive a five percent (5%) resident preference, resident contractors and material suppliers must be state certified and receive a certificate of residency.  When obtaining project bid documents, resident contractors and suppliers must   indicate their residency status by providing their residency certification number. Certified resident suppliers shall submit a list of supplies and materials, specific to the project, which qualify to receive preference along with company contact names and phone numbers. Contact information from resident suppliers shall be available to resident contractors to use in preparing bids and meeting Wyoming statutory requirements.

The OWNER reserves the right to reject all bids if the Governing Body determines that it is in the best interest of the City to do so.

Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the City of Evanston-Sage Street Water Replacement Project will be received by the City of Evanston, Wyoming at the office of the City Clerk, 1200 Main Street until  2:00 p.m. local time April 13, 2022 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project consists of the following work: The replacement of approximately 1,000 LF of 6 to 8-inch water line along with replacement of fire hydrants, services and connections to water mains at the perpendicular streets. All street repairs along with sidewalk, curb and gutter and other incidental work is within the city limits of Evanston, Wyoming.

Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of FORSGREN ASSOCIATES, INC. at the location noted above, upon payment of $ 75.00 for each hard set, or $ 0.00 for each digital copy (PDF; Email or FTP delivery), non-refundable.

Each BIDDER will be required to submit, with his proposal, a certified check, or Bid Bond made payable without condition to the City of Evanston in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the BIDDER’s maximum Bid Price as guarantee that such BIDDER will enter into a contract within fifteen (15) days after the date of the OWNER’s Notice of Award.

A pre-bid meeting will be held at   10:00 a.m.  on the 5th  day of April 2022 at 33 Allegiance Circle Evanston, Wyoming Bidder’s attendance is non-mandatory. Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate.
