Sealed  bids  for  the  Evanston  Housing  Authority  Saddle  Ridge  Apartment  Complex  Siding,  Soffit  and  Fascia  Replacement  Project  located at  250  Saddle Ridge  Road,  Evanston, Wyoming  82930,  will be received until  4:30 P.M. April  16, 2020  and  then publicly

The project consists of all labor and equipment necessary to remove; existing vinyl siding, trim and accessories, existing metal soffit and fascia, door and window casing. All labor, material, equipment, and incidentals for new; vinyl siding system, metal soffit and fascia, composite wood door casing and various blocking. The project includes six structures with a total footprint of 12,566 square feet with ±8-foot walls.

Each  Bidder  will  be  required  to  submit,  with  their  bid,  a  certified check,  or Bid Bond  made payable without condition to the  Evanston Housing Authority in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the Bidder’s maximum Bid Price as a guarantee that such Bidder will enter into a contract within fifteen (15) days after the date of the OWNER’S Notice of Award.

Successful Bidder shall comply with the Davis-Bacon Act.

Evanston Housing Authority reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part of any bid, to waive any formality in any bid, as its best interest may appear.

All projects over $150,000.00 shall be bonded therefore the successful bidder shall provide a 100% performance and payment bond.  All projects over $7500.00 or less than $150,000.00 require a form of guarantee as approved by the county.

The Board of Uinta County Commissioners hereby notifies all bidders that minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, sex, creed, or national origin.
