FORECLOSURE SALE NOTICE
WHEREAS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a default in the payment under the terms of a secured and perfected Note has occurred. The Note is secured by a Mortgage dated October 12, 2018 and recorded on October 12, 2018 at REC # 1060499 Book 1073, Page 402-412 in the records of Uinta County, Wyoming from Cody D Colin, to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Mortgage Research Center, LLC dba Veterans United Home Loans for the amount of $163,400.00.
