Final payment will be made after the completion of publication of this Notice. The date of first publication is November 22nd, 2019, and the date of final settlement will be after January 2nd, 2019, and when all punch list items are complete.

To all persons, corporations or firms who have any claim for work done or for any materials furnished to Dustbusters Enterprises, Inc., 108 Meadow Drive, Evanston, Wyoming 82930 for the 2019 Dust Suppression Project (CM 18303) located in Uinta County, Wyoming.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Uinta County Commissioners has accepted as completed, according to plans, specifications and rules governing the same work performed under that certain contract between Uinta County, acting through said commission, and Dustbusters Enterprises, Inc. 108 Meadow Drive, Evanston, Wyoming 82930 for the 2018 Dust Suppression Project (CM 18303).
You are further notified that upon January 15, 2020, being forty-one days after the first publication of this notice, the Board of Uinta County Commissioners will pay to Dustbusters Enterprises, Inc. the full amount due under said contract and in the event your claim is not filed with said commission prior to said date of January 15, 2020 the same shall be waived.
